Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Azonix for the Azonix iPhone app and azonix.app. The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
The service
Azonix provides a training plan, workout logging, progress from what you log and from Apple Health if you connect it, exercise demonstrations, and an AI coach. Features can change. We can suspend the service for maintenance, abuse, or a failure of a provider we depend on.
Your account
You need an account. You must give a real email address, or use Sign in with Apple, and you must keep the sign-in method yours. You are responsible for activity on the account. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms.
You can delete the account in the app under Profile → Account → Delete account. That removes the account and the training data stored for it. You can also email support@azonix.app with the subject “Delete my account” if you cannot open the app. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Subscriptions
Building a plan, logging workouts, and viewing progress are part of the free app. Azonix Pro is the paid AI coach. The app shows the price, length, and what you are buying before you pay.
Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A monthly or yearly subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. A lifetime purchase, when offered, does not renew.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases from the app if you reinstall or change phones. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app you download from the App Store.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, sharing an account, using the coach to get medical, emergency, or illegal instructions, or uploading content you have no right to share. We can refuse a coach request that asks for medical treatment or for anything outside training.
Your content
You keep your workouts, profile, and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the product, including sending a coach message and training summary to our model provider. You can withdraw that by stopping use of the coach and asking us to delete the account.
Our content
The app, plans, copy, and design belong to Azonix or its licensors. Exercise videos are provided under license from MuscleWiki and are for viewing inside the app. You may not copy the videos, the catalog, or the app except as the App Store license allows.
Disclaimers and liability
Training involves a risk of injury. You decide whether an exercise is safe for you. The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular fitness result, or that the coach will be correct.
To the extent the law allows, Azonix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss that results from how you train. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Apple
These terms are between you and Azonix, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app itself. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of the App Store license and can enforce it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the app after that date, the new terms apply.
